This week at Speak & Sparkle, we did something a little different — and a lot of fun.
To help students connect with their team members and build stronger bonds, we organized a creative activity:
👉 Design a team poster
👉 Come up with a team name
👉 Share the meaning or message behind it
At first, some students were shy or unsure. But as they started working together, something amazing happened:
🎉 Laughter, ideas, and creativity started flowing!
Each team brought their unique energy to the table. From funny names to powerful messages, their posters became a reflection of who they are — not just as individuals, but as a team.
🧩 Why was this important?
Because Speak & Sparkle is not just about speaking English — it’s about doing it together.
When students feel comfortable with their team, they feel more confident to try, speak, make mistakes, and grow.
🌟 What did we learn?
That names can bring identity.
That posters can show personality.
And that every voice adds something special to the team.
This activity was more than just art — it was a reminder that creativity and connection go hand in hand.
