Hello, I am Esma . This year , I am starting the nineth grade. Last year , I studied in the prep class. It was a difficult year for me because of some family problems , but my story didn’t end there. Actually , it was just the beginning.
I had time to think during that year and asked myself this important question:
” What is my next goal ? “
Then I realized something : I really love English since I was a child , I have had a dream to study law . During the summer holiday , I started thinking more seriously about studying abroad and working for it.
So now , let me introduce myself again:
I am Esma . A teenager with big goals who wants to take real steps to make them come true- and help other young people like me for their dreams , too.
This year , I am starting an English dubbing club at my school . The goal of the club is to help students speak English with more confidence , improve their creativity , work better in teams and most importantly -learn English in a fun and enjoyable way.
To reach more people , I will also write blog posts in English and share my podcasts. I have combined the club , blog and podcast under one name:
“Speak&Sparkle”
Next week will be the first club meeting . I will talk about the yearly plan I have prepared and ask students to introduce themselves too . I will divide them into pairs and give them a video to dub before the next meeting . This will help me understand their English levels.
